Here is a video posted on You Tube, where the customer confirmed with a Royal Holiday employee that his contract was canceled. Yet they are not allowing him to cancel the contract.
I do not see the video. I noticed that you reference the Wyndham Lawsuit and heard that a lawsuit was filed against Diamond Resorts International in April 2012. Have you heard anything about it? I heard it is to be certified as a "class action" but can't find it on the internet.
The lawsuit against Diamond are the owners in Hawaii because Diamond sold them timeshare and neglected to mention a major problem on the resort, that would require a special assessment of the owners.
