You do not have to be stuck with your Timeshare or Travel Club Membership. We have over 25 years experience in the timeshare and travel club industry.
Most clients of the business were told many untruths about what they were purchasing. We will look over your membership for free to see if you qualify to get out of your contract. Most of the time the Timeshares/Travel Clubs will want to keep your case out of court once they see the evidence against them. If not, the information we provide will help the attorney put together a case for you. Email us at notimeshare@gmail.com for more information.
I would love to know how to get my money back and get out of our contract
ReplyDeleteemail me at notimeshare@gmail.com for details on how to get your money back
ReplyDeletedo you have complaints against destiny vacations and resort one
ReplyDeleteThanks
Yes Destiny Vacations/Resort One out of Texas, they are another travel club that will not allow you on the website until the cancellation period has past. They fake BBB reports, print up fake trips while you are there and do not provide you with any real deals. email me at notimeshare@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteIs this site a fraud?
ReplyDeleteNo this site is not a fraud, not everyone can get out of their timeshare and if you recently purchased you may be in the cooling off period and can cancel by sending the resort a registered letter. But if you purchased and found out the sales staff lied to you about the program, then I can help you get out of the contract. Email me and I will send you a questionnaire to determine if you are the victim of misrepresentation. notimeshare@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteThe two above comments were probably left by a timeshare salesperson, when you get out of your contract the resorts charge back the commissions from your sale. Needless to say I am not on any of their Christmas card lists, and come to think of it, they are not on mine.
Do you have information on Stormy Point Village in Branson, Mo?
ReplyDeleteWe purchased what we thought was not a time share but "buying into the resort."
We were also lied to repeatedly and tricked into buying.
Yes I have dealt with Stormy Point, actually have two cases against them right now. Email me at notimeshare@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteHave you been able to get any back from Grand Getaways, formerly Travel More Now??
ReplyDeleteWe regret falling for their lies...

Have you been successful in getting contracts cancelled and refunds from Coral Sands/ Reba Management? In addition to be crooks, they are nasty!
ReplyDeleteHave you ever dealt with BlueGreen? I hate it and I just want out.
ReplyDeleteYes, I have dealt with Bluegreen numerous times. Email me at notimeshare@gmail.com and I will send you a questionnaire.
ReplyDeleteHave you ever dealt with Northwynd Resort Properties, formerly called Fairmont Resort Properties Ltd.?
ReplyDeleteHave you helped people to get their money back from Coast to COast Grand Getaway Vacation club?
ReplyDeleteYes I have dealt with Coral Sands/Reba Management, Bluegreen, Coast to Coast, I have not yet dealt with Northwynd, but as in every case, it depends on what you were told during the sales pitch. If you purchased a timeshare 15 years ago and have been using it, but suddenly life events have made you want to get rid of it, I cannot help you get out of it because of fraud. I can however, list it for sale on this site for free and when it sells you pay 6% commission. NEVER pay someone upfront to list your timeshare, or do a "title search" or any scams that promise to sell it for you, they are not an investment and usually sell for pennies on the dollar.
ReplyDeleteI bought coast to coast grand getaways on June 5th, went back to their office cancel it on June 9th, they were saying too late. I didn't use anything yet, I quoted few times, found out their price is much higher than I can find on line. on the other hand, at the meeting, the quotes they showing me is very low, I they lied to me. Do I have a case to win?
ReplyDeleteYes, I would have to send you a questionnaire to understand what lies you were told, but I pretty much have an idea. But you can force them to refund you or be highlighted on the evening news.
ReplyDeleteDo you know anything about Westgate Travel Club?
ReplyDeletewe bought in on february 2013 things have changed they took out 224.00 another 224.00 and now its supposed to be 1498.00 with a 500.00 down payment . we can no longer afford this . we will go to court if that is what it takes.
DeleteYou can usually scare them into refunding you and letting you out of the contract. I recommend trying that before you pay big bucks to an attorney.

I am presently engaged with Coral Sands/Reba Management to get some money back, and have my time share canceled. They lied to me and switched contracts. I realized this on the 5th day after signing and was refused a chance to back out as I did not have a certified letter in the mail yet. If I am not given a refund and allowed to rescind by spring I will go to Hilton Head and raise holy hell with these ass-holes. I intend to confront them at their sales meetings and warn the potential vicims, among other activities. Anybody want to go with me to film the action?
ReplyDeleteI was sold a worthless timeshare by Coral Sands/DBA Reba Management last June,2012, on Hilton Head. I believe they switched contracts on me. I realized this 5 days later. When I asked to cancel I was refused because I had no certified letter in the mail.I have tried to reasonably deal with these ass-holes and I am sick of their crap.If I do not receive a refund by spring. I will go back to Hilton Head and cause a major shit- storm. My intent being to cause them to totally lose all sales in the 3 weeks I am there. I believe I can accomplish this legally and I intend to do so.Does anybody want to be there to film the action?
ReplyDeleteHave you ever deal with travel advantage network
ReplyDeleteYes TAN has a bad reputation, and for a good reason. Email me and we can talk more. Notimeshare@gmail.com
Deletewhats the deal with travel resorts are they a fruad?
ReplyDeleteHave you ever had to deal with WestGate Travel Club members? We finally paid in full, over $4500.00 and then had to pay our annual fee for this year of $200. Now nothing we were told, nor nothing that was shown to us in the presentation, is as was represented. We are hard working regular people, so we waited to 'book' a vacation in the Resort, we were presented the membership package from. Nothing is working and it seems to be hitting home for me at least, perhaps taking my husband longer with the reality, (he is still in that dream bubble and wanting to figure out what I am doing wrong that I can't seem to be us a studio booked, as we were promised LOL it's not me honey) that we were scammed through and through. This is so sad, they made everything sound so fantastic, wonderful, and easy. 'Don't stay in a motel anymore, ever! If a member, you will always have a Resort with spa, workout room, etc...." heartbroken, they are thieves of dreams...........
ReplyDeleteYes I have dealt with Westgate. They make it sound so good and all you do is make a call and you will have 5 star accommodations yadayada, the reality hits. Email me at timesharetricks@gmail.com
DeleteSummer bay and bluegreen... have they been known for fraud?
ReplyDeleteYes, I have had cases against them. I have over 1000 pages of owner complaints against Bluegreen alone. Email me ant timesharetricks@gmail.com
DeleteCan we get out of an old Travel advantage network membership? They keep raising the fees, and they created another club that takes access to the better locations. We can never find what we want when we want and the last one we used was really unacceptable.
ReplyDeleteSome travel clubs do this in an effort to "sell" you a better package. Yes you can get out of the contract if they didn't inform you when you bought they they could make these changes. email me timesharetricks@gmail.com
DeleteIf our contract said we have 10 days to cancel, it has only been 3 days. Does it cost anything to cancel? We are looking into canceling our Wyndham purchase.
ReplyDeleteNo it does not cost anything to cancel. Write a letter stating you want to cancel, mail it with all the sales material back to the timeshare, certified mail so they have to sign for it.

I was looking at website and the deals and found I was saving very little or nothing at all. Is there any way to get out of this?
ReplyDeleteTravel Clubs rarely save you money. They sell an idea that could be great, but all they care about is a sale, not helping members. Email me at timesharetricks@gmail.com and we'll discuss options to get you out and your money back.
ReplyDeleteHave you dealt with roark in branson summerlands just bought them out they told us after the fact.
